You started your career eager and excited, but somewhere along the way, you started to feel off-track. Maybe it wasn't what you thought it would be, maybe what you wanted out of your work has changed, or maybe your career has been driven more by changing business needs than by you. Regardless, you find yourself feeling stuck and uninspired with where you are. Stop the cycle and reimagine your career with renewed focus and intention. Through this 3 month program, we'll partner together to help you gain insight and awareness into who you are now and what you want next for your career. You'll take small steps to gain momentum while you establish your long-term career strategy. We will work through the biggest internal and external reasons that are holding you back from pursuing a new career with confidence. As your coach, I will empower you, support you, and hold you accountable along the way.
